We want you to be completely satisfied with your Vox equipment, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all amplifiers and accessories in original condition. If your tone isn't hitting the right notes, our streamlined process ensures a quick resolution for your studio or stage needs.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the item you wish to return and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Pack with Care

  Place the product in its original Vox packaging, including all manuals, power cables, and foot-switches, to ensure the item is protected during transit.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the unit's condition at our service center, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
